About Noel Almario

Noel Almario is a lifelong resident of Los Angeles County’s First District and a candidate deeply rooted in the community she aims to serve. With a background as a birth doula and advocate for maternal health, she has spent over a decade addressing systemic disparities in healthcare, particularly for underserved families. Her work has led to improved outcomes and empowered decision-making for countless parents.

As a single mother with children in LAUSD public schools, Noel brings firsthand insight into the challenges facing working families, including underfunded education and lack of transparency in governance. Her advocacy extends to public education, where she champions equitable funding and student-centered policies.

Noel’s leadership is shaped by lived experiences, resulting in her dedication to community resilience. She is committed to amplifying marginalized voices and creating policy through inclusive, community-driven processes. Pro-union and pro-accountability, she offers a transparent, service-oriented approach to governance.

Unlike traditional political candidates, Noel is not seeking power but aiming to uplift others. Her candidacy represents a movement for justice, equity, and authentic public service in LA County.

This is her plan for success as Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for District 1.
